El-Mina Bistro in Chemnitz

In the “Meat from the rotisserie” category, the sandwiches and wraps from “El Mina” are a really good, if not better, alternative to the well-known kebab or Dürüm. The wraps are among others as shawarma with beef or chicken, chicken taouk or with falafel. Although the size of the sandwiches / wraps is a bit smaller than e.g. a Dürüm doner kebab, but they taste worlds bigger! The type and combination of different spices, together with the meat and the salad, make eating an absolute (taste) experience every time. And that for a price of just around € 4 per wrap. If the hunger should be a bit bigger, there are of course various large grill plates. If you don't count yourself among the meat eaters, you will also find a large selection of vegetarian / vegan dishes, such as falafel or grilled vegetables. It can happen that you have to wait a little longer for your meal, but everything is freshly prepared.

Mega food and very friendly people.

The tables were perfectly cleaned and the chairs were extremely comfortable. The staff is always hard-working and courteous! This restaurant has de facto potential to be my next local. For my part, nothing has bothered us yet! It was a success in my mouth every time.

Super tasty, lovingly and variedly filled plates. So, you would expect a Lebanese in a city. Keep it up!

Very good food and good service

Fast and tasty cuisine. The meals can be ordered on site or to take away. The taste and composition are exotic. The meat is sometimes a bit dry (poultry, beef), but it is only a minor downer. I would like to come back on occasion.

We have been waiting for our food for 40 minutes, with the supposed cook chatting casually with his colleagues.

A recommendable restaurant for Arabic dishes. The quality is very good, the meat tastes great. The hummus and the garlic cream are second to none.

Are gone without great expectations. It's very relaxed outside. The biggest surprise then was the food. Very tasty and a friendly service. Here you can eat very well comfortably.

The El-Mina is my absolute favorite bistro in Chemnitz. Top quality, competent staff, fast service. The food is extremely varied and every time I go there I would like to buy EVERYTHING. The only drawback: so far I can only find the menu on Facebook - please improve it :)

The restaurant has a delicious and varied selection of dishes. Quickly prepared and nicely presented. We recommend. Especially the ice cream.

Have had takeaway and found all four dishes really delicious. It was a lot, it was warm, french fries came on top of it and were therefore still easy to eat at home (otherwise they quickly become mushy). The only thing you have to know is if there is sandwich, then it is actually a wrap. But they knew that from the Christmas market. We recommend. We will be back!

Without exaggerating, the dishes my wife and I ate were the best meals in a long time. It was really delicious. And the price is surprisingly low for these large portions. We are very sad that this restaurant does not exist in our home town of Dresden.

Food is reasonable but the guy who works is pretty rude.

Have not tried Lebanese cuisine before. I'm excited! The staff were very nice, order was taken quickly and the food was delicious. We felt comfortable and will definitely come again. I recommend everyone to visit El-Mina.

The meat was not cooked very well, Some were undercooked and some were overcooked.

It is delicious and again. My favorite food is the lamb dish. The meat is always freshly grilled and compiled the dishes varied. The prices are totally for the performance offered in order. And there is free tea :-)

Food is great. Portions are amazing. And a huge plus, they have unlimited free Lebanese tea with cinnamon.

The food was not the only thing that amazed in this restaurant! I really enjoy trying out new restaurants and I'm always looking for new restaurants, but I'll stay true to this inn. Not only the nice staff was the absolute best during my visit, but also the unique climate. I think the prices are also fair. We find the restaurant suitable for all sorts of occasions - irrelevant whether with a buddy, acquaintance or clan; ).

Very delicious Arabic specialties, which you usually do not find in the usual snacks. When I go to an Italian restaurant, I expect an Italian meal as well as the Arabic restaurants and snacks. In this snack you will find authentic and typical dishes of Arab countries, such as. Syria and Lebanon. The food is prepared very quickly and served fresh! The price is also okay! There are both meat dishes as well as those for vegans. I recommend the mixed plate or the vegetarian plate, both can be seen in the photos with taboule. Simply delicious !!

recently the food started to be less professional, for example if you order a shawirma teller, he would put some weird brown sauce on it and only fills the plate with vegetables,i really love this restaurant and i always eat there, i hope you guys improve the quality :) the atmosphere outside is perfect though!

The food is fresh and tastes very good. It's also here for vegetarians and vegans. In summary, I prefer to go here rather than a doner kebab!

Friendly staff and deleciuos dishes. I can really recommend the falafel, the vegetarian plate and the shawrama. You can eat your dish outside, inside or get it prepared for take away.
